SHIPPING, RETURNS & PRIVACY POLICIES
Our freight calculator at the checkout will provide you with a shipping.
If you require your items urgently we offer an Express Postage option at the checkout for $24.95. Each additional item is an extra $15 for express postage, which is capped at $69.99. This option is not available for large/bulky items.
Our logistics team use Australia Post or TNT to ship your purchase, and orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday-Friday will be processed & shipped on the same day.
Delivery time is approximately 2-3 Days for the metropolitan area, and 6-7 Business days for regional areas. If you wish to pick up your item in-store, please advise us in the notes section on the checkout page.
For international orders, we are not liable for any customs and taxes that may be applied to your order.
Please note: A few of our bulky / overweight products are exceptionally large to be sent by our regular freight company. In the event that the freight costs are too excessive, you will be advised at the checkout that we need to provide a custom freight quote and explore the most economical freight options for you. Don't worry, your order isn't lost as long as you've entered your customer details. Please call us on 1300 692 766. This feature has been added to provide the best freight options available for our customers.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our team works hard to keep all products available in our Granville showroom. In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of the delay, and when we expect to receive the item back into stock. If you do not wish to wait, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible for us to resolve the issue at our expense.
We are confident you will be pleased with the quality of the items you order and we attempt to describe all items as accurately as possible through our product photos and descriptions. However, if you're not happy with the item you receive, please contact us within 14 days to discuss an exchange or refund
Incase of refund Shipping charges are not considered.
We check all items before shipping but if you should receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request that faulty items be returned for inspection before issuing a refund.
We collect your personal Information, your name, home address, telephone number, email address, and information about your preferences and online purchasing from our Website.
Your personal information is used to process your order, after sale service and to deal inquiries from you.
We disclose your information to third parties only for shipping, handling payments e.g. Australia post, and other courier companies. Third parties are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes
Please note that Beekeeping Gear, A division of FASE Traders Pty Ltd does not store any credit or debit card information, or bank account information, as all payment authorisations are handled by third parties like PayPal, Stripe, Google pay, Apple pay etc.
Any Personal Information we collect from this Website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.
We may collect this data:
- directly from you - via the registration forms, mailing lists and email;
- From third parties such as credit reference agencies for the purpose of trading with you.

We will take all reasonable care in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given to us; however, we are unable to provide any guarantee that information stored by us will not be subject to unauthorised access.
If you register with us, you will create a login using your email address as your username, and your chosen password. Your password will then be linked to your email address. You are responsible for any use of your password or your Login Account.
